100% of our product is shipped in manufacturer packaging.
We do not open boxes to modify finished product.
If you received a shipment that contains liquids that is damaged in transit, we are not responsible for the handlers care, therefore, not responsible to replace the goods.
If you'd like to add insurance to your shipment, pay the insurance handling fee of $10.00 per shipment.
CLAIMS AND REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO THE CLAIM PROCESS BY CARRIER AND CAN TAKE UP TO 120 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS. NOT ALL CLAIMS ARE RETURNED IN FULL DUE TO VARIOUS REASONS BY CARRIER. UP TO A MAXIMUM DAMAGE CLAIM OF $3000.00 ALLOWED.
